Welcome to PSPFFT Trac Project Page
PSPFFT is a library to solve Poisson's equation for an isolated system on a three-dimensional unigrid mesh using FFTs. The solver is parallelized using MPI. An arbitrary number of processors may be used (subject to some constraints). The program has been tested on from 1 up to 13,000 MPI processes. This version is available for download. The solution method for PSPFFT is described in this method paper (arXiv version).
Recently a new version with OpenMP multi-threaded implementation has been implemented and is undergoing a more thorough testing. This version will be release soon. A poster presentation for this version can be seen below.
